What is Freeze drying ? 
   The basic principle of freeze drying is the removal of water from the flowers .Your flowers  are frozen and then placed under a deep vaccum. Under these conditions moisture in them will sublimate directly into water vapor, which migrates into the condenser and is removed from the system. There are chemicals necessary in treating your flowers to maintain natural color. Most of these chemicals are water based, biodegradable, and non hazardous.  We take extreme care in the processing of your flowers. 

Will my flowers look just like they did when I brought them to be preserved ? 
   Your flowers will be in a dehydrated state but will still look real. The original shape and color of the fowers will be maintained as close as possible. This will depend on the condition of the flowers when we recieved them.  Slight color changes will occur in most flowers: white to ivory, red to burgandy, pinks deepen, etc and over time these shades take on a softer Victorian look.  Your keepsake should not be kept in direct light and away from moisture and heat.

How long will my keepsake last ? 
   It will last for decades with proper care !
